Hotel Policies
- Minimum check-in age is 21
- Check-In time is anytime after 2PM (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
- Check-Out time is 11AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
- All guests aged 17 and under, at the time of travel, are considered to be children. Children under 17 will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise the Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.
Payment Policies Deposit Information
- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash, or travelers check upon departure
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Orlando will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival date
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records
Additional guests
- All room rates at the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Orlando are based on single or double occupancy
- An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double
occupancy
Roll-a-way Beds and Cribs
- There will be an additional cost of $10 per night for each roll-a-way bed based on availability
- Cribs are available by request at no cost based on availability
